The Rebel Nurse Helping people reconnect with themselves after life changed them.
Life has a way of changing us.
Through trauma, grief, stress, caregiving, chronic illness, loss, and life's many transitions, many people reach a point where they no longer feel connected to who they are.
I know that feeling well.
Much of my own journey has been about learning how to reconnect with myself after life changed me. Through years of healing, self-reflection, rebuilding self-trust, and learning to listen inward, I discovered something important:
Healing is not about becoming who we used to be. It is about reconnecting with who we are now.
That realization became the foundation for The Rebel Nurse and the Return to Self framework.
I’m the creator of The Rebel Nurse and the Return to Self healing framework. My work is rooted in lived experience, trauma-informed awareness, self-reflection, spiritual self-mastery, and the belief that healing begins with learning how to safely reconnect with yourself.
Return to Self was created for people who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin. It offers a grounded way to slow down, notice what is happening within you, and begin rebuilding self-trust one step at a time.
What guides this work
I believe healing does not have to be rushed, forced, or performed. It can begin gently, through awareness, regulation, integration, and embodiment.
This work is about returning to your own inner steadiness, learning to listen to yourself again, and creating space for healing in a way that feels safe, supportive, and manageable.
A note about this work
